Brookville Protocol™ Consulting was founded by Eve Brookville, a former organizational psychologist who built BPC to resolve a gap that global institutions have long recognized yet never closed: behavioral excellence has remained an intuition, never an institution.
Eve holds a Master's in organizational psychology from CNAM Paris, executive education from Cornell University, and professional certification from the Protocol School of Washington and the US Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights. She is the author of the Behavioral Excellence Framework™ and the Brookville Protocol ROI Blueprint™, the architecture that converts diplomatic conduct into a measurable, certifiable, and licensable enterprise system. Her French institutional formation and her practice across high-stakes, cross-cultural environments inform every standard BPC sets.
